At Killiecrankie House we serve a set tasting menu to all guests at dinner Wednesday - Saturday, with a short tasting menu on Friday & Saturday lunchtimes. This is available in the dining room, and also at our chef’s counter - right in the heart of the kitchen. Please note, there is no choice in the menu and we do not offer an a la carte menu. Please allow an average of 3 hours for dinner and 1.5-2 hours for lunch. Booking is essential.
The menu at Killiecrankie House, is equally inspired by Japanese kaiseki cuisine and the food stories of Scotland, with both of these culinary traditions, eastern and western, woven together with our own creativity. We utilise the best ingredients from the surrounding woodland, ocean and our own kitchen garden to highlight the tastes of the season.
Please be aware that the menu is seafood heavy, and some can find it adventurous. The courses are small, and the whole meal can encompass up to 20 dishes.
