Killiecrankie House is run by a small team of people passionate about food and service. Staff work 45 hours a week in 3.5/4 day weeks (depending on position), with a minimum set 6 weeks a year paid annual leave (although this is often closer to 10+ weeks). Staff meals are included on service days. Staff receive a share of tips. Accommodation may be available on site for those who require it.

Kitchen

Chef de Partie - Experience at Michelin-rated level or high-end fine dining is preferred, and professional training or equivalent experience is required. Competitive salary. 45 hour, 3.5 day week. Share of tips.

Commis Chef - Professional kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. Competitive salary. 45 hour, 3.5 day week. Share of tips.

Front of House

Junior Sommelier - Experience of working in the wine industry or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Interest in wine is essential. 42 hour, 4 day weeks. Competitive salary. Share of tips.

Part time FOH - Experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not essential. £12.50 per hour. 6pm until 11pm, Weds - Sat.

Full time FOH - Experience in Michelin-rated or high-end fine dining is preferred but not essential. Ideally interested in wine / drinks. 42 hour, 4 day weeks. Competitive salary. Share of tips.

Stagiaires

If you are interested in undertaking a stage at Killiecrankie House, then we offer placements between 1 week and 3 months, where you will experience all areas of the kitchen and restaurant.
