Killiecrankie House is run by a small team of people passionate about food and service. Full-time staff work 4/4.5 day weeks, with a minimum set 6 weeks a year paid annual leave (although this is often more, and you will never be expected to work Christmas or New Year). Staff meal is included on service days. Staff receive a share of tips. Accommodation may be available on site for those who require it.

Kitchen

Chef de Partie - Experience at Michelin-rated level or high-end fine dining is preferred, and professional training or equivalent experience is required. Competitive salary. 46 hour week, 4/4.5 day week. Share of tips. Accommodation may be available on site for those who require it.

Commis Chef - Professional kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. Competitive salary. 44 hour, 4/4.5 day week. Share of tips. Accommodation may be available on site for those who require it.

Front of House

Junior Sommelier - Experience of working in the wine industry or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Interest in wine and willingness to learn is essential. 42 hour, 4/4.5 day weeks. Competitive salary. Share of tips.

Part time FOH - Experience in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of cocktail making or bar work is preferred. Must have attention to detail and be personable. £15 per hour. 4pm until 11pm, Weds - Sat.

Stagiaires
