Killiecrankie House is run by a small team of people passionate about food and service. Full-time staff work 4 day weeks, with 6 weeks a year set paid annual leave (although this is often more, and you will never work Christmas or New Year). Staff meal is included on service days. Staff receive a share of tips. Accommodation may be available on site for those who require it.

Kitchen

Chef de Partie - Experience at Michelin-rated level or high-end fine dining is preferred, and professional training or equivalent experience is required. Competitive salary. 45 hour week, 4 day weeks. Share of tips.

Commis Chef - Professional kitchen experience is preferred but not essential. Competitive salary. 45 hour, 4 day week. Share of tips.

Daytime Kitchen Porter - No experience required. £15 per hour. 10am-3pm Thurs - Sat.

Evening Kitchen Porter - No experience required. £15 per hour. 5pm-11pm Thurs - Sat.

Front of House

FOH - No experience required, but an interest in fine dining, cocktail making and wine is essential. Must have attention to detail and be personable. Competitive salary. Share of tips. 45 hour, 4 day week.

Stagiaires
