We offer four drinks pairings. Our Discovery pairing explores wines from lesser known regions and varieties, plus an unusual sake; the Signature pairing comprises premium wines and sake from some of the best known regions in the world; the Prestige pairing showcases some of the world's most iconic winemakers and vintages, and a rare sake; and the Non Alcoholic pairing is made up of homemade infusions, juices and soft cocktails. You can add these at the time of booking, or on the day. We also have a bottle list and serve a range of wines by the glass.
