We offer four drinks pairings with dinner. A Discovery pairing that explores wines from lesser known regions and varieties, and sake; a Signature pairing comprising premium wines and sake from some of the world’s best known regions and vineyards; a Prestige pairing comprising some of the world's most iconic winemakers and vintages, and a rare sake; and a Non Alcoholic pairing made up of homemade infusions, juices and soft cocktails. You can add these on at the time of booking, or decide on the day.
